Buggy Bootcamp

Buggy bootcamp is a fitness class designed for new moms who want to get back into shape after having a baby. The class involves a combination of cardio and strength exercises that are performed while pushing a stroller. Babies can come along for the ride, as the strollers provide a safe and comfortable space for them to be in while their moms exercise. Buggy bootcamps are a great way to meet other new moms while getting in a workout. Buggy Bootcamp provides a supportive and encouraging environment where you can work on your fitness goals with other moms who are going through the same experiences.
