Haley Ahrens, BS, CPT-WFS

Haley Ahrens, is a personal trainer with a passion for helping others achieve their health and fitness goals. She earned a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Exercise Science from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and became a Certified Personal Trainer through the National Academy of Sports Medicine. To further her education, Haley received a specialization in Women's Fitness from the National Academy of Sports Medicine. With Haley’s education and training, along with her work experience as a Technician in Orthopedic and Pelvic Floor Physical Therapy, she decided to take her knowledge and expertise to the next level by starting her own personal training business.

Haley’s goal is to provide prenatal and postpartum clients with personalized fitness plans and training sessions that are tailored to their unique needs and goals. She is dedicated to assisting women in staying healthy, maintaining strength and endurance, and reducing risks of complications during and after pregnancy. 

She believes that everyone has the potential to be their best selves, and is committed to empowering women during some of the most transformative and challenging times of their lives. Pregnancy and childbirth can take a toll on the body, and it’s important to have a knowledgeable and a supportive trainer to guide women through this journey. By specializing in prenatal and postpartum care, Haley wants to help women feel confident, strong and healthy during and after their pregnancy.
